The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No.101 of 2025, for offence registered under section 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1) and 303(2) of the BNS, 2023 , pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is a resident of nearby place where the alleged occurrence has said to be occurred. He further submits in view of that there is possibility that the petitioner has been noticed in the CCTV Camera and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he also submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. He next submits that coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.6914 of 2025, 7068 of 2025 and 7108 of 2025. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the informant has also received injury. 5. Considering that the said occurrence is said to be during the Moharram procession and it was pointed out that the petitioner is a resident 2025:JHHC:37952 2 of nearby area and he has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner and the coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABAs. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Sahibganj, in connection with Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No.101 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) 17.12.2025 SI/
