A preliminary objection has been raised on behalf of larned counsel for the respondents as to the entertainability of this petition before this Court that petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy of filing Original Suit before the Central Administrative Tribunal as Post Department stands notified under the Central Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. Sri Shadab Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above. In view of the above, I decline to entertain this petition. However, liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised. Subject to what has been observed above, this petition consigned to records.
