GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION The Court made the following order: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO.24605 of 2024 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “…to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent university in not granting affiliation by considering the application made by the Petitioner dated 20.10.2024 on the ground that the 3rd Respondent has withdrawn the recognition of the Petitioner institution vide orders dated 29-12-2020, despite knowing the fact that the 4th Respondent, appellate authority has remanded back the matter to the 3rd Respondent, SRC vide orders dated 22.08.2024 as being arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and AP Universities Act, 1991 and consequently direct the 5th Respondent to grant affiliation to the Petitioner-Institution and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case...” 2. Ms.M.Sri Lakshmi, learned counsel representing Sri Mathukumilli Srivijay, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, would submit that in view of the interim orders, dated 20.11.2024 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in the present writ petition and prayed to close the writ petition and learned counsel also endorsed the same on the bundle. 3. In view of the said representation made by learned counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
