Imran Khan @ Imran Raza Khan), under Section 3/4 Uttar Pradesh Control of Goonda Act 1970 till decision of appeal along with stay application No. C20251200000043 of 2025, under Section 6 of Uttar Pradesh Control of Goonda Act 1970, P.S. Bisalpur, District Pilibhit dated 7.3.2025 filed by the petitioner pending before Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly. 3. In the facts and circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the appellate authority to decide the stay application on its own merit within three weeks time from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
