(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 15.10.2025 issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 03.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Director School (Elementary) Education, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Ravi Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, there appears to be force in the contention of learned Deputy Advocate General. 2 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed, however, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, qua the surviving grievance, if any. Needless to say, consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance, shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months.
