Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Saurabh Kumar Gupta, seeks bail in Case Crime No. 82 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Wqave City, District Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against the applicant and four other accused persons. Allegation is that informant is the owner of the alleged land. The applicant by standing one person as imposter got executed the land of the informant in his favour. Learned counsel further submits that the applicant was not the beneficiary. He has been implicated in the case by some other persons, who lured him for some money for the alleged execution of sale deed. The applicant is in jail since 15.01.2025. 4. Per contra, learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that though the applicant was not having any such type of land and though he was not the beneficiary of alleged transaction, but there is specific allegation that he sold out the property which was not belonging to him. 5. Keeping in view submissions of learned counsel for the parties, gravity of offence, nature of allegations and all the attending facts and circumstances of the case including the fact that since there is specific allegation that the applicant by standing one person as imposter got executed the land of the informant in his favour and he sold out the property which was not belonging to him, therefore, his bail application deserves to be rejected. 6. Accordingly, the present bail application filed on behalf of applicant- Saurabh Kumar Gupta, is rejected. Order Date :- 28.7.2025 Mustaqeem.
