The learned Government Advocate while submitting as above, has placed before this Court the proposal dated 02.04.2026 as forwarded to the office of the Accountant General, authorising Revision of Pension / Gratuity / Commutation and amount payable to the petitioner in compliance of this Court dated 21.02.2023 in W.P.No.5533 of 2015. 3. The learned Government Advocate has placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings to the above effect. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner perused the documents as furnished by the learned Government Advocate before this Court and confirmed the respondents having now taken steps to comply with the order of this Court in W.P.No.5533 of 2015. 5.
