CONT P No. 3018 of 2025 When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondents have already initiated steps to comply with the order of this Court, dated 21.02.2023 in W.P.No.5533 of 2015, as noted by this Court in its order dated 13.03.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate while submitting as above, has placed before this Court the proposal dated 02.04.2026 as forwarded to the office of the Accountant General, authorising Revision of Pension / Gratuity / Commutation and amount payable to the petitioner in compliance of this Court dated 21.02.2023 in W.P.No.5533 of 2015.
3. The learned Government Advocate has placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings to the above effect.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner perused the documents as furnished by the learned Government Advocate before this Court and confirmed the respondents having now taken steps to comply with the order of this Court in W.P.No.5533 of 2015.

learned counsel for the petitioner informed the Court that the petitioner would submit the required document in the course of time, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this Contempt Petition pending. Thus, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
