Present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to court concerned to release the applicant in four cases on the basis of personal bond and two sureties which are as follows; (i) Case Crime No. 282 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Refinery, District Mathura, (ii) Case Crime No. 281 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Refinery, District Mathura (iii) Case Crime No. 287 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Refinery, District Mathura and (iv) Case Crime No. 288 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of B.N.S., P.S. Refinery, District Mathura, Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a poor person and he is languishing in jail since 12.12.2024. It is further submitted that applicant has been implicated in all the cases on the basis of confessional statement. Except the confessional statement (which is irrelevant), there is no pre-summoning evidence against the applicant. It is further submitted that applicant is not able to furnish four sureties in each cases which are related to same court. In view of above facts and circumstances, court concerned is directed to release the applicant in pursuance of the bail orders as annexed in aforesaid four cases after producing personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
