Heard Sri T.C.Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record the written instructions to the effect that the petitioner has made a representation to the Superintendent of Police and that was forwarded to the concerned SHO. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would further submit that in that representation, the important details are missing. He would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is directed to approach the police and furnish all the necessary details, so as to enable the police to look into them and take appropriate steps according to law.
