The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, S.T. Case No. 125 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Miss Kusum Kumari, learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribag. Bail application of the petitioner Manoj Ram was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1736/2025, by order dated 07.03.2025. On 18.05.2024, petitioners are alleged to have inflicted several knives blows on the head of the informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injuries. It was submitted that petitioner No.1 is in custody since 02.12.2024 and petitioner No.2 is in custody since 17.01.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Kusum Kumari, learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-X, Hazaribag, in connection with Muffassil P.S.
