GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 25161 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 against the 5th respondent despite of their evil acts and imminent threat to the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and complaint dated 29-08-2025 submitted by the petitioner as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Rule of Law and violative Article 14, 19 and 300-A and spirit of Right to Protection of Life and Personal Liberty guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to grant protection to life and personal liberty of the petitioner by considering the representation dated 29-08-2025 of the petitioner pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass….” 2. Heard Ms. Kopparthi Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the police have not registered crime on the complaint of the petitioner, since the petitioner and unofficial respondent are relatives and there are money transactions between them. The subject matter is civil in nature and that is why, they have not registered any crime against the unofficial respondent. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
