The limited relief sought by the petitioner is to permit them to clear the entire liability in installments. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submit that, total outstanding amount from the petitioners as on 25.02.2025 comes to Rs.3,44,868/- (Rupees three lakhs forty four thousand eight hundred and sixty eight only). 3. Considering the fact that, the petitioners are only seeking an opportunity to clear of the entire liability in installments, a lenient view can be taken. In such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to pay off the entire amount as referred to above, along with future interest and other charges in 15 equal 2025:KER:25599 WP(C) NO. 3070 OF 2025 4 monthly installments commencing from 24.04.2025. In case of default in making any of the installments, this facility shall stand canceled and in such an event, it shall be open for the respondents to recommence the recovery proceedings from the point it was stopped.
