1. Heard Mr. Devershi Thakur, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Amit Verma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondent/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:-
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned order dated 12.04.2017, directing the trial Court to specify the FIR to defend, which is necessary KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN
2 for a fair trial with opportunity to the petitioner defending his case in facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice accordingly.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits he has already given NOC to the petitioner, hence he has no instruction in this matter.
4. It appears that the petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition.
5. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed on this count alone.
