2 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and the impugned order dated 13.04.2018 (ANNEXURE P/1) and 18.04.2018 (ANNEXURE P/2) passed by the respndent no. 6 and 7 respectively may kindly be quashed and respondent may kindly be directed to give joining to the petitioner at his present place of posting, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and direct the respondent authorities to disburse and make payment of the salary of the petitioner from 19.12.2015 to 18.04.2018 with added interest. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and direct the respondent authorities to regularize the petitioner as per his appointment order, in the interest of justice. 10.4 Any other relief(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of this case. 2. Mr. Shakti Raj Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that that according to reply filed by the State, the greivance of the petitioner pertaining to relief clause no. 10.1 and 10.2 have been redressed.
He would submit that the claim of the petitioner for regularization to the post of Peon has not been redressed on account of pendency of the present writ petition. He would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation claiming therein regularization before respondents No. 3 and 4 and in turn, the said respondents may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. 3. On objection from other side. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by Mr. Shakti Raj Sinha, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before respondents No. 3 and 4 within a period of 15 days and in turn, those respondents are directed to decide representation so made by the petitioner
3 preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy this order. 5. With aforesaid direction(s), the petition is disposed of. Sd/-
