Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bishunpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 309(4) and 115(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla.

During the intervening period of 18/20.05.2025, Mahindra Bolero vehicle of the informant was looted by unknown persons. During the course of investigation, looted vehicle was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Harinandan Kumar.

It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier.

In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla, or his successor, in connection with Bishunpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025.
