ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to Issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent in trying to Interfere into the Civil and Monetary Disputes in between the Petitioner and the Un-offiical 4th Respondent in connection with property and recovery of money in continuance of the same the 3rd respondent Calling the Petitioner to the Police Station and pressurizing to Settle the Civil and monetary Dispute with the Un-offiical respondent no. 4 failing which warning the petitoiner that they will

implicate into a false Criminal Case all are Illegal, Unlawful, Violation of Police Standing Orders, Violation of Principles of Natural Justice, Violation of Article 14.19,21,300-A- of the Constitution of India, Consequently direct the respondent no. 3 not to Interfere in the Civil and Monetary Dispute relating to the recovery of money Etc., or harass or call for the petitioner to the police Station except following the Procedure of law including guidelines of Apex Court.”
2. Heard Sri R.Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering in the monetary disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioner so far, and therefore, a direction may be issued to the police to follow due process of law in the event any crime is registered against the petitioner. However, the police cannot interfere in a civil dispute.
6. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent, if any case registered against the petitioner police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
