A case has been registered against the Petl'tiOner and Others for the offences punishable under Sections 143,147,148, 448,J427, 436, 323 and 149 IPC. 3. The caseofthe prosecution in briefisthat: The defacto complainant is a resident of plot no.303, Pavani Apartment, Macherla and her husband is a Telugu Desam Party activist. On 16.12.2022, one member of the then opposition party went to attend for a programme. In that programme, there was a clash ensued between the TDP party and YSRCP party. ln that incident, the accused and some others formed themselves into an unlawful assembly and set ablaze the vehicle of TDP party, Later, they went to society colony and destroyed the TDP party office. Subsequently, all the accused reached to the apartment of the defacto complainant armed with sticks and stones and damaged the cars and motorcycles which were parked in the parking area and also rushed to the house of the defacto complainant and damaged the furniture. _<sy± a -JP 2 I/ 4. Heard. Perusedtherecord. 5. Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of srj Rama Lakshmana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petl-tioner is appearing I-n the jurl'sdl-ctional police station in some other cases. Hence he requests that, jf at all this court I'S inclI-ned to grant antI-CI-PatOry bail to the petI'tI-Oner, his attendance may be made before the superI-ntendent of Poll'ce, Narasaraopeta. 6. A perusal of the materI'al available on record goes to show that name of the petitioner has not been referred I'n the First Information Report. At a belated stage, after lapse of two years, police examined some wl'tnesses and they alleged to have stated name of the petitioner herein that he along wI'th Others trespassed into the house of the defacto complal'nant and damaged the furniture jn the house of the defacto complal-nant. As the name of this petl'tI'Oner was not in the First lnformatl'on Report and after lapse of two years, based on the statement of witnesses, name of the petl'tioner js figured in the crime and as the petitioner I'S apprehending arrest, this court js inclined to grant the prayer of the pet,®tjoner/A22 for grant of anticI'PatOry bail. 6. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest with regard to this crime, petl-tioner/A22 sha" be released on ba" on hI'S executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), wI®th two sureties for the - 3 I, like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police offlcl'als and also on condition that the petI't,'Oner sha" make hl-mself aval''ab'e for l'nvestl-gatl'on as and when requI'red and that he shall not cause any threat, I-nducement or Promise to the prosecutI-On witnesses.
