The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barwadih P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 304 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 392, 411 of the I.P.C., cognizance has been taken for the offence under Section 392, 411 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 30.01.2024, at about 08:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by four unknown persons near Tikuliya Pathar More. The accused persons took away his watch, three rings, earring and Rs. 7,000/-. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner or on his pointing out. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Barwadih P.S.
