Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 50 of 2025 arising out of Bagbera P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 64 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur. 3. On 14.03.2025, the petitioner on the pretext of marriage is alleged to have established physical relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur, in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 50 of 2025 arising out of Bagbera P.S.
