By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to consider the change of posting place of the petitioner at Government Middle School Paktiya, or any nearby school in Chhura Block, as per the guideline/direction Dated 29.03.2023 issued Under Secretary, School Education Department. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favourof the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner assailing the order whereby his place of posting has been altered from Government Middle School, Dhobanmal to Government Middle School, Paktiya, Block Chhura. He further submits that the petitioner has been aggrieved by the said change of posting, as the same has 3 been effected without due consideration of his grievances and circumstances. Learned counsel further submits that, in this regard, the petitioner had already submitted a detailed representation before the competent authorities way back on 02.06.2023. However, despite the lapse of considerable time, the said representation continues to remain pending and undecided before the concerned authorities, thereby compelling the petitioner to approach this Hon’ble Court for redressal of his grievance. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of 45 days, in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any thing on merits of the case. 6.
