ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a direction or an order or a writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No. 5 in physically supporting and assisting the Unofficial respondents 6 to 14 herein on the night of 21.08.2025 in demolishing and removing the structures of the Petitioner in her property situated in an extent of Ac. 0.40 Cents in old Sy. No. 30/P, new Sy.No. 81/3 with Patta No. 17, Thungalam Village of Gajuwaka Mandal of Visakhapatnam District in spite of the undertaking of the respondent No. 5 in W.P. No. 17802 of 2022 as illegal, arbitrary and Unconstitutional and consequently, to direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to pay compensation of Rs. 15,00,000/- (rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) to the Petitioner for the loss caused to the Petitioner by the rank and file of the Respondent No. 5 and the Unofficial respondent Nos. 6 to 14 to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 to initiate Departmental and Criminal action against the Rank and file of the respondent No. 5 by ordering an investigation, and criminal action against the unofficial respondent Nos. 6 to 14 and to direct the respondent Nos. 3 to 5 to protect the possession of the Petitioner over her property by providing necessary Police Aid to her, and to pass such.…”
2. Heard Sri Kaleemulla S, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.5 in assisting the unofficial

respondents on the night of 21.08.2025 in demolishing and removing structures of the petitioner in the subject property.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that on 21.08.2025, on receipt of 100 dial call, the respondent No.5 along with other police personnel visited the place to prevent any law and order situation. The police have not interfered in the matter since the subject matter is of civil in nature. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents except under due process of law. It does not preclude the petitioner to work out her remedies before the competent Civil Court. The petitioner is also at liberty to recourse her remedy regarding the incident according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
