Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section - 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed with the following prayer :- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and to direct the Opposite Party No.2, District Magistrate, Ayodhya to comply the order dated 10.12.2024 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaushambi in Execution Case No. 19 of 2016 (Uma Devi Vs. Sudesh Dubey), under Section - 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Mahewaghat, District - Kaushambi, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District - Kaushambi within stipulated period by this Hon'ble Court." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is wife of opposite part no.3 and she was awarded maintenance under Section - 125 Cr.P.C.. Thereafter, she has initiated proceedings under Section - 128 Cr.P.C., wherein by order dated 10.12.2024, the Family Court has attached the property of the opposite party No.2 and issued recovery warrants for recovery of the arrears of maintenance. The said order was sent to District Magistrate, Ayodhya for compliance. 4. The grievance of the applicant is that the said order of Family Court concerned is not being complied with by the District Magistrate, Ayodhya. 5. In view of aforesaid, the Family Court concerned is directed to take all necesssary steps in accordance with law for recovery of arrears of maintenance. Needless to state that the District Magistrate, Ayodhya shall ensure that the order issued by the Family Court is complied with in letter and spirit as early as possible. 6.
