The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.4, in Crime No.793 of 2021 on the file of Jangareddigudem Police Station, West Godavari District, for the alleged offences under Sections 498-A, 509 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry and Prohibition Act. 2. I.A.No.1 of 2025 has been filed seeking to grant permission to the petitioner/Accused No.4 to appear before this Court in online mode to compromise the case in Crime No.793 of 2021, Jangareddigudem Police Station, West Godavari District and in C.C.No.2414 of 2022, on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District with de facto complainant. 3. I.A.No.2 of 2025 has been filed seeking to grant permission to the de facto complainant to compromise the case against the Accused No.4 in Crime No.793 of 2021, Jangareddigudem Police Station, West Godavari District and in C.C.No.2414 of 2022, on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C as both the parties have compromised the matter. 5 HN, J Crlp.No.7048 _2021 4. I.A.No.3 of 2025 has been filed seeking to record compromise by granting permission to the de facto complainant, also to the Accused No.4 in Crime No.793 of 2021, Jangareddigudem Police Station, West Godavari District and in C.C.No.2414 of 2022, on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, and a joint memo has been filed. 5. I.A.No.4 of 2025 has been seeking to compound the offence between the parties. 6. The learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel representing the unofficial respondent No.2, and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/State are present. 7. Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioners herein/Accused and the 2nd respondent appeared virtually online before this Court. They produced their respective Aadhar cards as proof of their identity. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent identified the parties in open Court. 8. Considering the same, I.A.Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 of 2025 and Criminal Petition No.7048 of 2021 are allowed and C.C.No.2414 of 2022, on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, West Godavari District, is hereby quashed. 6 HN, J Crlp.No.7048 _2021 9.
