Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the son of the Petitioner is suffering from ‘Muscular Dywstrophy disease and seeks for posting either at Tirupathi or Chandragiri so as to enable the Petitioner to provide medical treatment to 1 her son. \ 3. Learned Government Pleader would submit that the case of the Petitioner was considered and there is no medical proof that the son of the Petitioner is suffering from ‘Muscular Dywstrophy” disease. He further submits that there is a State Grievance Mechanism under the Andhra Pradesh State Teachers ( Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2025. Considering the submissions made, without going into 4. the merits of the case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of ■-•5, 3 directing the Petitioner to submit a representation before State Grievance Mechanism as provided under Rule 18 of the Andhra Pradesh State Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2025, within a period of four weeks from today. The representation of the Petitioner would be examined on merits and in the event, the claim of the Petitioner is found to be genuine, appropriate decision may be taken by the State Grievance Mechanism within a period of two weeks thereafter.
