The learned counsel for the petitioners seeking correction of the concerned Police Station- Baghpat which should be corrected as Police Station- Khekda. The correction application is allowed. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to avail the appropriate remedy for filing a petition under the Guardian and Wards Act seeking the custody of petitioner no. 2, Anant Jeet (minor son of petitioner no. 1) accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner no. 1, Smt. Seema Rani (mother of the corpus, petitioner no. 2 Anant Jeet) is granted the visitation right to meet her son, petitioner no. 1 Anant Jeet twice a month on the 15th and 30th of every month from 03:00 to 05:00 pm at the venue fixed by S.H.O., P.S. Khekda, District Baghpat which shall be other than the police station. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of.
