Sudeepthi Potluri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology appearing for the respondents. 2. The writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing of the Revision Petition dated 28.09.2021 filed against the proceedings vide D.Dis No.1688/D13-2/2021 dated 28.05.2021 of the 2nd respondent wherein the petitioner’s lease application dated 09.11.2024 for the grant of a quarry lease for colour granite in an extent of 2.000 hectares in Sy.No.77/Part of Raganipalli Village, Punganuru Mandal, Chittoor District was rejected. 3. Ms. B.Nirupama, learned counsel representing Ms. Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revision Petition has been pending since four years, and the respondents have not passed any orders on the same. 4. Having regard to the fact that the Revision Petition has been pending for consideration, on the file of the 1st respondent for a considerable period, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition dated 28.09.2021 filed by the petitioner against the proceedings vide D.Dis No.1688/D13-2/2021 dated 28.05.2021 of the 2nd respondent, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
