Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Dumka Muffasil P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 127(7), 308(5), 115(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. The petitioners are alleged to have abducted the brother of the informant. The petitioners told the informant that brother of the informant was cyber criminals and they demanded rupees four lakhs for his release. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the victim was produced by the petitioners in police station. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka, in connection with Dumka Muffasil P.S.
