The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 17.06.2025 passed in WPS No.4763 of 2025. Leaned counsel for the petitioner would submit that 2 inadvertently due to typographical mistake in the cause title of WPS No.4763 of 2025, the post of petitioner has been mentioned as Teacher (Arts) whereas the petitioner was posted as Teacher (Urdu) and therefore the same may be corrected in the order dated 17.06.2025. The prayer is formally opposed by the State counsel. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsel for either side and also considering the nature of modification sought for, the present MCC is allowed and in the order dated 17.06.2025 passed in WPS No.4763 of 2025 the post of petitioner be read as “Teacher (Urdu)” in place of Teacher (Arts).
