The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 49/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 316(5), 318(4) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur. 3. Petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have duped the informant and took away Rs. 46,930/- from her. 4. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the offence alleged is triable by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
