GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not completing the investigation including arrest of the 4th respondent and filing of charge sheet in connection with Crime No.107/2018 Dt. 05.03.2018 on the file of 3rd respondent police, is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to complete the investigation and to file charge sheet including arrest of the 4th 2 respondent in Crime No. 107/2018 on the file of 3rd respondent Police Station.” 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, investigation has been conducted in Crime No.107 of 2018 and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
