Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ranka P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 64 and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 and 6 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Court, Garhwa. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the Informant to leave her lawful guardianship. Statement of the victim was recorded under section 183 of the B.N.S.S. in which she has stated that the petitioner has forced her to leave her lawful guardianship. She was taken to the house of his sister where the petitioner sexually assaulted her. Age of the victim is about 16 years. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
