Learned counsel for the petitioner is alleging violation of order dated 02.05.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No.2195 of 2021. 2. By passing the aforesaid order, the Court only directed to consider the case of the petitioner and passed a reasoned order. The reasoned order has been passed and is also on record as Annexure-5 at page No.58 of the contempt petition. By the reasoned order dated 12.07.2024, the respondents had arrived at a conclusion that the petitioner is not entitled for the amount which he is claiming. 3. Since the reasoned order has been passed, in my opinion no contempt is made out. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is dropped. 5.
