Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) The execution of the order dated 29.05.2023, passed in CWP No. 3509 of 2020, titled Darwari Lal vs. State of H.P. & Ors., has been sought in this petition. 2. The respondents-State has placed on record Office order dated 08.10.2025, passed by the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Indora, whereby the petitioner has been granted work-charge status on completion of 8 years w.e.f. 01.01.2007 notionally and financial benefits have been given prospectively and the pay fixation order has to be issued separately. 3. In view of the above, the present execution petition is disposed of with a direction to the State to ensure that needful 2 2025:HHC:34324 be done within a period of two months from today, with liberty to revive the execution petition in case the State does not comply with the order. 4.
