The petitioner’s case is that his father Bala Ram was working as lineman with the respondent- H.P.S.E.B section Lohara under sub-division Baggi, District Mandi. While discharging duties, he died on 11.11.2017. The petitioner applied for compassionate appointment on 4.12.2017 but till date his case has not been considered by the respondents. The petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to consider his case in accordance with law. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Taking note of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and the pleadings, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3-competent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for employment on compassionate grounds in accordance with law, within six weeks from today.
