The first bail application of the applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 47412 of 2021 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 3.3.2022. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that trial in the matter has concluded and as such the present bail application has become infructuous and be dismissed as such. 6. The Prayer as prayed is allowed. 7. The present bail application is dismissed as infrcutuous.
