Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 398 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 306 and 500 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Smt. Puja Kumari Lal, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Marriage of the petitioner was settled with the deceased, Ahala Saraswati Murmu. On 17.03.2025, the petitioner and his family members had gone to the house of the deceased for engagement ceremony. The petitioner received a telephone call that the deceased was having affairs elsewhere. When the matter was brought to the notice of the deceased and her family, they become shocked. Later on, the deceased had committed suicide. 4. It was submitted that there is no allegation that the petitioner, in fact, abetted the deceased to commit suicide. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Puja Kumari Lal, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jamshedpur, or her successor, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 398 of 2025.
