This writ petition is pending for the last 20 years. 3. Petitioner has declared his age as 24 years when this writ petition was filed in the year 2005, therefore, today he must be around 44 years. 4. Petitioner has approached this Court in lieu of compassionate appointment that respondent Union Bank of India has sanctioned lumpsum amount of Rs.5,35,000/- vide order dated 13.11.2004 and consequential order passed on 29.12.2004. 5.Claim of the petitioner for granting compassionate appointment due to long pendency of this writ petition has become a stale claim. 6. In the absence of learned counsel for the respondents parties, Court at this stage takes note of paragraph no.43 of counter affidavit that petitioner has received the aforesaid amount. Therefore, at this stage the object of granting compassionate appointment to tide over the immediate financial crisis does not arise, therefore, reliefs sought cannot be granted. However, in case the petitioner has still not received the aforesaid amount, he can approach the concerned respondent. 7. Writ Petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.5000/- each on the petitioner as well as on respondents to be deposited in the High Court Bar Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Brij Raj Singh, K.K.Rai, Praveen Kumar Singh, Ram Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Vivek Ratan, S.C.
