JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for the respondents. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent the ADLR Gokak, to carry podi work strictly as per the sale deeds and 11 e sketch as directed by the Joint Directors of Land Records vide order dated 25.04.2024, vide Annexure-B. within time frame by allowing the writ petition; ii. Issue any other appropriate writ, order or direction or pass such other suitable order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the ends of justice. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, though an order dated 25.04.2024 has been passed directing the Podi and Durasthi proceedings in respect of the land covered under Survey No.188 of Hirenandi village, Gokak Taluk, Belagavi District, podi and durasthi works have not been carried out by respondent No.3. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:1449 WP No. 100480 of 2025 4. The order having been passed as far back on 25.04.2024, it was required for respondent No.3 to immediately implement the order. Not having done so, respondent No.3 is directed to implement the order dated 25.04.2024 by issuing necessary notices to all stakeholders in RS No.188 of Hirenandii village, Gokak Taluk, Belagavi District, and complete the entire process within a period of 6 months from date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
