CMP No.12608 of 2026 Learned counsel representing the respondents has produced a copy of communication dated 03.06.2026 issued by the Financial Advisor & C.A.O. Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. A perusal of the communication reveals that the remaining amount of Rs.94,914/- has been directed to be deposited in the account of the petitioner from the account of HRTC. Learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the amount as directed ought to have been released in favour of the petitioner. However, in case the same has not been released, he undertakes to get the same released within two weeks from today.
