Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits the charge- sheet no. 112 of 2025 has been forwarded on 14.03.2025 against petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3, whereas, petitioner No.4 Fatma, has been exonerated and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
