The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 44/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 386/120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a) & 26 of the Arms Act, subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 386/120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 27 & 34 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Ranchi. 3. On 03.04.2024 at about 3:10 P.M., Ormanjhi police on the basis of confidential information intercepted Tata Nexon bearing registration no. JH01ES-1531 and apprehended co-accused person. On search, firearms are alleged to have been recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co- accused. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Ranchi in connection with Ormanjhi P.S.
