Learned counsel for petitioner submitted suit is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned District Judge, Pilibhit to decide the Original Suit No.1 of 2023 if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
