By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to the respondent no.4/DPRO Fatehpur to pay the amount deposited by the petitioner in Provident Fund Account during his Service alongwith the interest from 30.09.2020 till now, in accordance with law within time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make representation regarding his claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of two months.
