Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocate General, for the respondents-State. While placing on record communication dated 02.12.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 23rd July, 2025, issued by afore authority, Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment sought to be complied with stands duly complied with. Having carefully perused aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that in compliance to the orders passed by this Court and further approval conveyed by the government, the last pay drawn by the petitioner in privately managed 95% aided Janta Senior Secondary School Danoghat, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, at the time of taking over his services has been protected subject to the final outcome of legal remedy, if any, exercised by the State. The concerned Principal/ Headmaster/In-charge of the school has been directed to release the consequential benefits in terms of the instructions issued by the Finance Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly same are closed. However, direction is issued respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if not already released, are released expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks.
