JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 17/01/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this bail application with limited prayed that trial court may be directed to expedite the trial. Considering the overall facts & circumstances of the case, especially the fact that petitioner is a habitual offender as 27 other cases have been registered against him & during bail jump period, he committed another two crimes, thus I am not inclined to accept the bail application. However, considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as looking to the custody period of the petitioner, trial court is requested to make all endeavour to conclude trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
