By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ/direction/order as to direct the respondent authorities to decide the matter pending before the respondent no. 4 registered as Revenue Case No. A-5/5/2018-19, expeditiously within a stipulated time frame, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may pass any order in the interest of justice in favor of the petitioner with cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner.” 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an application for mutation was moved before the respondent No. 4 and it was registered as Revenue Case No. A-5/5/2018-19, but till date it has not been decided. He would pray for a direction to the respondent No. 4 to decide the pending application for mutation expeditiously. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State would oppose. 5. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to decide the pending application of the petitioner moved under the provisions of Section 109 & 110 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 90 days, if already not decided. 6.
