Learned State counsel has pointed out that the State has no role to play and that the poles have been erected by the PSPCL, which has not been impleaded as a party. 3. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Permitted to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
