Muralidhar for the petitioner files a memo dated 21.02.2025 which reads as under, "1. Pursuant to the proceedings of the 3rd Respondent dated 1.03.2024 vide Annexure 'E' and Notification dated 30.12.2024 introducing Karnataka Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1994 (Amendment) Rules 2024 amending Rule-15A, Petitioner has filed Review Petition before the Additional Director, Department of Mines & Geology, North Zone, Bellary. 2. The Revision Petition filed by the Petitioner in pursuance of the amendment to Rule-15A and also the Government Order at Annexure 'D'&'E' dated 30.09.2023 and 11.06.2024 is under consideration. Wherefore, Petitioner seeks leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the above petition with a liberty to avail the revisional remedy in the proceedings pending before the Additional Directors, Department of mines and Geology, North Zone, Bellary, in the interest of justice and equity." In view of the memo, permission is granted to withdraw the review petition.
