Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2 3. This Court on 01.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.8707 of 2025 in Crime No.127 of 2025 of I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, while enlarging the petitioner/accused No.2 on bail, imposed condition of execution of personal bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Visakhapatnam and with other conditions. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to meet the above condition because of his financial constraints. 5. In view of the above reason, the Order dated 01.09.2025 mentioned above is modified to the extent of “execution of personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Visakhapatnam”.
