Following order was passed in this matter on 07.10.2025:-
“Learned counsel for respondents has placed on record a copy of office communication dated 06.10.2025 and on that basis submits that an additional amount of Rs.15,24,931/- has been released in favour of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits is yet to be paid to the petitioner.
List this matter on 16.10.2025 to enable the respondents to compute the remaining liability, if any, towards the interest component and to defray the same by the next date.”

Pursuant to the above order, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record internal office communication dated 16.10.2025 alongwith computation sheet in case of the petitioner. In terms thereof, an amount of Rs.3,13,786/- is due to be paid to the petitioner on account of interest on delayed payment of retiral benefits.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the above amount shall be released in favour of the petitioner within next four working days.
In view of above documents and the
submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present execution petition to stand disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law in case he has any grievance with respect to computation of the amount.
